Since its foundation (2000 year) judicial magistrates’ areas of Baltasinsky judicial district placed at settlement Baltasi, Kosmonavtov street, 1 in rented premises with a total area of ​​80 sq.m. Since 2007, the court areas were located in settlement Baltasi on Bulatova street, 24 in the premises of a total area of ​​221 sq.m., on the 2nd floor of nonresidential premises leased. But here for a long time judicial areas were not in the best conditions. Each trial plot had 110.5 sq.m. when the norm was 220-245 sq.m.

The new courthouse provides bright and spacious courtrooms, judges' offices, archive premises, council chambers, offices of administrative staff for magistrates, room for meals. Thus, there are all the necessary conditions for giving justice to magistrates in Baltasinsky judicial district of the Republic of Tatarstan.

As noted in his welcoming speech the leader of Tatarstan, in the beautiful district center there was an important site where will work federal and magistrates and bailiffs.

“The opening of the House of justice for the district is - a significant event, because here come people with their troubles and problems, come for the truth. We have adopted a program to support the magistrates in arbitration courts. Soon the construction of the Republic arbitration court will be finished.
