Methodical provision of training in the field of human rights protection

On 23rd of June, 2015 the first deputy of the Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I.Zagidullin took part in the discussion of methodological issues of training in the field of human rights from the position of universities and employers, which were considered at the round table "Methodical provision of training in the field of human rights" at the III Summer school on human rights on the theme "International protection of economic, social and cultural rights."

III summer school started its work on 22nd of June on the base of the law faculty of Kazan (Volga) Federal University and will last until 26th of June, 2015.

During the discussion, a lot of attention was paid to the need for the widest possible dissemination of knowledge of the legal mechanisms for the protection of human rights in the international and domestic law, and the need for training of qualified specialists in the field of human rights protection, ready to practice, as a result of the discussions were made the following recommendations:

- Include in the programs of teaching subjects on human rights issues on the implementation of international standards on human rights in the domestic legal system of the Russian Federation;

- During the training to use a practice-oriented approach;

-expand the base of practical training as part of the training of specialists at the expense of civil society institutions, to carry out public control over the activities of executive authorities in the field of human rights;

- To include in the training programs of teachers of general education and professional education institutions threads of the observance of human rights in the international and domestic law.
