A business trip to Chistopolsky municipal area of the Republic of Tatarstan

On 24th of June, 2015 by the staff of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan with the aim of providing legal aid to local authorities carried out departure to Chistopolsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.

There was held a check of work on finding fines, interaction with bailiffs, administrative organization of the activity of commission, reviewed for compliance with the current legislation municipal legal acts regulating the activities of the administrative committee. As a result of the check were given recommendations.

To provide the necessary legal assistance in the organization of claim work, legal provision to move people out of emergency accommodation, of the anti-corruption examination of the register of municipal regulations and other issues. Employees of the Ministry explained the procedure for the application of certain provisions of the law on local self-government, provided practical aid in drawing up procedural documents, gave recommendations on drafting municipal legislation.
