The study of organization of activity of magistrates’ office

From 20th to 24th of July 2015 by the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan jointly with the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Office of the Court Department of the Republic of Tatarstan was held a retreat study the organization of the magistrates’ offices of a court areas №№1-8 of Zelenodolsk town of the Republic of Tatarstan.
During the work were examined key performances of activity of judicial areas during 2014 year, the culture of justice, quality and timely execution of court decisions, protocols and outbound service documentation, the organization of office.
Particular attention is paid to ensuring the necessary conditions for the smooth implementation of the constitutional right of citizens to appeal for judicial protection, the organization of personal reception of citizens by magistrates, public awareness about the time and place of the court cases, and also rules of conduction of court staff and internal labor regulations.
As a result of studying the organization of the devices there were given recommendations to address identified deficiencies and improve it.
