The zonal session on the issues of improving personnel work

On 29th of July, 2015, the deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatov took part in the zonal session on improving personnel work of local authorities of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, which was held in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny.
At the event took part officials responsible for the organization and conduct of personnel management for the prevention of corruption from 21 municipal districts of the republic.
Discussing the development of municipal services in the Republic of Tatarstan and perfection of personnel work M.M.Ibyatov made a report on the implementation of the state program "Development of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan and the municipal service in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014-2016 years", focusing on the use of guidelines and sample regulations, posted on the website of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in the development and adoption of normative legal acts in the area of municipal service.
During the meeting M.M.Ibyatov made a report "On the execution of the state program" The implementation of anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015-2020 years "in the I half of 2015 and following the local authorities of common requirements for the placement of information on sites in the area of combating corruption.
In his speech M.M.Ibyatov stressed the importance of bringing the content information "Anti-corruption" the official websites of municipalities according to the Uniform requirements for placing and filling sections of the official websites of executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan in the information and telecommunications network "Internet" on combating corruption, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 04.04.2013 № 225, and also the timely placement of relevant information in the field of combating corruption.
