Departure to Baltasinsky municipal area

On 4th of August, 2015 by officers of the department of territorial organization and control of the local government of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was realized a departure to Baltasinsky municipal area of the Republic of Tatarstan with the purpose of providing legal aid to local governments, and also monitoring the performance of their specific state powers transferred to the Republic of Tatarstan.
There was held a study of the activities of the administrative commission of the district, including in its interaction with the service of court bailiffs of the Republic of Tatarstan to collect fines. Also was held an analysis of the status of work on the proposal for the acts of their inclusion in the register of municipal normative legal acts.
To local governments was provided the necessary legal assistance on administrative practices, maintaining a register of municipal regulations, anti-corruption expertise, and explained the procedure of application of the legislation on local government.
