At the meeting of the section "NKO and human rights"

On 7th of August, 2015 the first deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I.Zagidullin took part in a meeting session "NKO and human rights", held in the framework of the III Republic forum of socially oriented non-profit organizations.
The moderators of the event were member of the Public chamber of the Russian Federation, deputy chairman of the Public chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan T.V. Zabegina; The Commissioner for human rights in the Republic of Tatarstan S.H. Saburskaya; first vice-rector of the Institute of economics, management and law (Kazan), I.I. Bikeev.
The participants of the section were the heads and representatives of various non-profit organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan, ministries and departments.
In a mode of video conference took an active part of the public and non-profit sector of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk, Almetyevsk, Bugulma, Chistopol and Zelenodolsk.
The work of the section have been affected by current issues of legal education of the population, free legal aid, monitoring human rights and conditions in places of detention, restoring the rights of former prisoners, migrants' access to health and social services, formation of legal culture among the older generation, discrimination persons with mental disorders, the legal regulation of NKO, family man of personality formation in the system of education and training, the interaction of persons with disabilities with the state authorities.
