Departure to Alkeevsky and Alekseevsky municipal areas

On 12th of August, 2015 by officers of the department of issues of territorial organization and control in the sphere of local self-government of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan done a departure to Alekseevsky and Alkeevsky municipal areas with the aim of providing legal assistance to local self-government and control over the execution of certain state powers transferred to the Republic of Tatarstan.
The organization of activities of administrative committees in areas was checked, including their interaction with the territorial divisions of the bailiff service in terms of execution of decisions on the appointment of punishment in the form of administrative fines.
The state of work on the anti-corruption expertise of municipal normative legal acts and their projects presented to the ministry of acts adopted for inclusion in the register of municipal normative legal acts.
To the responsible persons of local government was rendered legal aid on administrative practices, maintaining a register of municipal normative legal acts, about individual observations were given relevant recommendations on destroying them.
