Departure to Arsky and Atninsky municipal areas

On 19th of August, 2015 by officers of the department of territorial organization and control in the sphere of local self-government of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was made a departure to Arsky and Atninsky municipal districts with the aim of providing legal assistance to local self-government and control for the execution of certain transferred state powers to the Republic of Tatarstan.

The organization of activities of the administrative commissions of districts and the organization of their interaction with the bailiffs on collecting administrative fines is checked.

The state of work on the responsible officials of local government of municipal anti-corruption expertise of normative legal acts and their projects, presentation of adopted acts to the ministry for inclusion in the register of municipal normative legal acts.
Legal assistance on administrative practices, maintaining a register of municipal regulations is provided, appropriate recommendations are given.
