Legal assistance to local government

On 24th of August, 2015, by officers of the legal consulting and methodological support of local authorities of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan done a departure to Nurlatsky municipal region with the aim of providing legal assistance to local governments.
The necessary legal assistance on questions of legal support to move people from emergency accommodation and the related work of local governments is provided.
The organization of activities of the administrative commissions of districts and the organization of their interaction with the bailiffs to collect administrative fines is tested.
The state of work on the responsible officials of local government of municipal anti-corruption expertise of normative legal acts and their projects, presentation adopted acts to the ministry for inclusion in the register of municipal normative legal acts.
Legal assistance on administrative practices, maintaining a register of municipal regulations is provided, appropriate recommendations are given.
