Results of the meeting of attestation commission

On 3rd of September, 2015 at the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was the meeting of attestation commission of magistrates’ offices of the Republic of Tatarstan on correspondence of displaced post of civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Attestation of state civil servants aimed at identifying of professional capacity, readiness and ability levels of the state civil servant to perform functional duties. The main purpose of certification is to determine whether the employee suits to his displaced position.
As a result of voting, by the decision of the commission of 6th certified suit to displaced post of civil service, 1 certified corresponds to displaced post of civil service subject to the successful reception of additional vocational training.
As an independent experts at the commission meeting took part deputy chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan R.F.Gafarov, a veteran of the civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan V.P.Ganchurin, a member of the board of the Office of the Tatarstan regional branch of the Russian public organization "Association of lawyers of Russia" M.H .Vafin, the chairman of the Public council under the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, professor of constitutional and administrative law at Kazan (Volga) Federal University A.G.Gataullin.
