Meeting of the Interagency coordinating committee on questions of legal affairs

On 9th of September, 2015 in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan under the leadership of deputy Prime-minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Chief of Staff of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan Sh.H.Gafarov held a meeting of the Interagency coordinating committee on legal affairs.
By the members of the Interagency coordinating committee on legal affairs approved the following bills:
"On amendments to article 8 of the Law of the republic" On management and disposal of state property of the Republic of Tatarstan ";
"On approval of the financial provision of state guarantees of the right to receive public and free preschool, primary general, basic general, secondary education, and also additional education in educational institutions and professional educational institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2016";
"On approval of the financial provision of state guarantees of the realization of rights to receive public and free pre-school education in municipal pre-school educational institutions in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2016";
"On amendments to the Environmental code of the Republic of Tatarstan";
"On amendments to certain legislative acts of the Republic of Tatarstan in connection with the adoption of the Federal law" On amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation on the issues of social protection of disabled persons in connection with the ratification of the Convention on the rights of persons with disabilities ";
"On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On the organization of a major overhaul of the common property in apartment buildings in the Republic of Tatarstan ";
"On amendments to articles 3 and 5 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On the tax property of organizations ";
"On amendments to article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On the establishment of differentiated tax rates for taxpayers who use the simplified taxation system.
