The meeting of the Committee on state building and local self-government

On 10th of September, 2015, deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatov took part in the meeting of the Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on state building and local self-government.
At the meeting M.M.Ibyatov spoke on the work of local self-government of the Republic of Tatarstan in terms of making decisions of regulatory nature.
In his speech, voiced questions about the amount included by the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in the registry of municipal regulations of the Republic of Tatarstan municipal regulations, the number of negative expert conclusions in the context of municipal and urban districts in 9 months of 2015. There were also announced the most significant violations of the law in making the local authorities of municipal regulations and measures taken by the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, aimed at improving the work in this direction.
