Training seminar for the staff of local authorities

On 17th of September, 2015 by the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in response of the request of the Council under the Presidential of the Republic of Tatarstan on anti-corruption, was held a seminar in the mode of video conferencing.
The seminar was organized for the staff of local authorities, responsible for anti-corruption expertise of normative legal acts, "Questions of municipal anti-corruption expertise of normative legal acts."
At the seminar discussed questions relating to the practice of anti-corruption expertise of municipal regulations, including the public prosecutor; the organization of work for the anti-corruption expertise of normative legal acts in the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In the topics of the reports were reflected the legal questions of anti-corruption expertise of municipal normative legal acts and their projects, and also the design and review of conclusions on the results of anti-corruption expertise.
In conclusion, the deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatov summed up the seminar, focusing attention of employees of local self-government in charge of anti-corruption expertise of normative legal acts in the strict observance of the law in conducting anti-corruption expertise of municipal regulations, and also the obligatory placement municipal projects of normative legal acts on the official website for an independent anti-corruption expertise and the involvement of independent experts to participate in municipal law-making.
At the seminar took part chief adviser of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on quesrions of anti-corruption policy Yu.V.Kornilov.
