Departure to Verkhneuslonsky municipal district

On 18th of September, 2015 by officers of the department of questions of territorial organization and control in the sphere of local self-government of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan done a departure to Verkhneuslonsky municipal district with the aim of monitoring the implementation of certain delegated state powers, and also for the organization of anti-corruption expertise of municipal regulations and their projects.
During the check examined the organization of the administrative activities of the district commission and its interaction with the bailiffs on collecting administrative fines, and also the state of work on the responsible officials of local government of municipal anti-corruption expertise of normative legal acts and their projects.
As a result of the check were made recommendations, addressing the shortcomings.
