The study of organization of a court area of magistrate

17th and 18th September 2015 by the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan jointly with the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Office of the Judicial Department of the Republic of Tatarstan, studied the organization of the court district № 1 on Kaybitsky judicial district of the Republic of Tatarstan.
During the work were examined main performance of activity of the court district in 2014, the quality and timeliness of the execution of court decisions, protocols and outbound service documentation, the organization of office.
Particular attention is paid to ensuring the necessary conditions for the smooth implementation of the constitutional right of citizens for appealing for judicial protection, the organization of reception of citizens, rules of conduct and court staff work rules.
In order to further improvement the efficiency of activity to the staff of the magistrate’s office on Kaybitsky court region of the Republic of Tatarstan were given the necessary recommendations.
