Day of free legal aid to the Decade of old people

As part of the project of the Association of lawyers of Russia for providing free legal aid to the population in the Republic of Tatarstan, was held a day of free legal aid in the framework of the International day and the Decade of old people in the Republic of Tatarstan.
On 9th of October, 2015 at 51 points in each municipal district in the premises of departments and divisions of social security administrations and multifunctional centers of the Tatarstan regional branch of the Association of lawyers of Russia held a reception of citizens. Reception of citizens was conducted in a mode of the open day from 9.00 to 15.00 hours (in village areas - from 8.00 to 14.00) without interruption to shift the composition of consultants.
As a result of the reception of the day in Tatarstan qualified legal aid received 338 people. The most active visitors, turned to lawyers and notaries for legal aid began old people of Nizhnekamsk – 18, Bugulma – 16, Zainsky region - 16, Atninsky region-10, Nurlatsky region of the republic - 10.
The most common questions old people turn to lawyers was questions of the use of social services, social support of old people. The following range of questions of concern to old people - is to ensure non-working pensioners by sanatorium vouchers, hereditary questions, in particular inheritance marital share, questions of registration of various kinds-state, the provision of various benefits, housing, social security questions, land questions and clarification of procedural rules rights.
