Visit to Moscow region

On 14th of October, 2015 first deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I.Zagidullin with a delegation from Tatarstan visited the Moscow region in order to study the experience of the Moscow region authorities on the redistribution of powers between the local authorities of municipalities and public authorities in the region.
In the Moscow region created the vertical of power in the sphere of urban policy that allows for the planning and integrated development of the region. To do this, from 1st of January, 2015 in Moscow region, the first region in Russia, the powers of local authorities in the field of urban planning and architecture, land and property relations, housing and communal services were transferred to higher - at the level of the Moscow region Government. On July 2014 it was amended to legislation.
For what it has been done, the deputy prime minister of the Government of Moscow region German Vyacheslavovich Elyanyushkin.
Also at the meeting heard reports of complex urban development of the Moscow region Government: the Ministry of construction, Headarchitecture, Head state build control and also Minstate department and Minmoscow region property relations.
