Results of the meeting of the attestation commission

On 21st of October, 2015 at the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan held the meeting of attestation commission of magistrates’ offices of the Republic of Tatarstan for the certification of 16 state civil servants of the magistrates’ offices of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Attestation of state civil servants aimed to identify professional capacity, readiness and ability levels of the state civil servant to perform functional duties. In practical terms, the main purpose of certification is to determine whether the employee suits his position.

According to the results of certification attestation commission decided that 15 state civil servants match displaced post, 1 civil servant does not match the displaced post of state civil service.

As an independent expert at the commission meeting took part a veteran of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan V.P.Ganchurin and chairman of the Public Council under the ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, professor of constitutional and administrative law at Kazan (Volga) federal university A.G.Gataullin.
