Studying the organization of the activity of the court area of magistrate

On 22nd and 23rd October 2015 the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan jointly with the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Office of the Judicial Department of the Republic of Tatarstan, studied the organization of the activity of the court area №1 on Atninsky judicial region of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During the work examined key performance indicators for the judicial district for 2014 and the first half of 2015, the quality and timeliness of the execution of court decisions, protocols and outbound service documentation, the organization office.

 Particular attention is paid to ensuring the necessary conditions for the smooth implementation of the constitutional right of citizens to appeal for judicial protection, the organization of reception of citizens, rules of conduct and court staff work rules.

In order to further improvement of the efficiency to the staff of the magistrate’s office on the Atninsky court region of the Republic of Tatarstan were given the necessary recommendations.
