Departure to Vysokogorsky and Chistopolsky municipal regions

27th and 28th of October, 2015, by the officers of the legal advisory and methodological support to local authorities of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was done the departure to Vysokogorsky and Chistopolsky municipal regions with the aim of providing legal assistance to local governments on the implementation of the Republican targeted program of resettlement of citizens from emergency housing.

During the departure studied the state of work on resettlement of citizens from emergency accommodation, including the procedure, prior to withdrawal of emergency accommodation, namely the direction of the owners demands for reconstruction or demolition, the publication of decisions on withdrawal of emergency dwellings.

By mployees of the department were given practical and methodological recommendations for conducting work, related to the removal of emergency accommodation, and also responses to problematic questions.
