Meeting with representatives of local authorities

On 28th of October, 2015 under the chairmanship of deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatov held a regular quarterly meeting in a mode of videoconference with representatives of local governments on the implementation of delegated to them certain state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

With the report on the results of the administrative commissions of the republic and officials of municipalities, authorized to draw up protocols on administrative violations in results of 9 months of 2015, acted the chief of department on territorial organization and control in the sphere of local self-government of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan G.I.Kasymova .

On reasons for the improper performance of work on the implementation of delegated state powers were presente representatives of Agryzsky, Alekseevsky, Baltasinsky and Buinsky municipal regions.

At the meeting also took part staff members of the DFBS(Department Federal Bailiff Service) of the Republic of Tatarstan, bailiffs-performers of territorial and district departments. Acting head of the department of enforcement proceedings DFBS RT A.V.Zinnatova reported on the implementation of resolutions on sentencing made by the administrative commissions, and the procedure for collecting fines from offenders.
