Providing free legal aid

On 12th of November, 2015 employees of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan as a part of mobile information and advisory group, consisting of specialists from government bodies, law and the chamber of notaries of the Republic of Tatarstan, held a reception for the public provision of free legal aid in Bogorodsky and Shalinsky village settlements of Pestrechinsky municipal region.

During receiving legal aid provided to 108 residents of the two villages. At the reception of citizens took part head of the legal department of the Council of the Pestrechinsky municipal region S.M.Pavlova.

The greatest number of citizens who applied for legal aid, interested in questions relating to the settlement of disputes with the "mutual" land, providing housing for orphans, organizing training at home, the procedure of obtaining preferential of drugs, procedures for obtaining and benefits low-income and large families, of the order recovery of maintenance, the issues of realization of the republican and federal housing programs, and also clarification of procedural rules.

Villagers received from experts, participating in the consultations, qualified explanations to all questions.
