Interregional seminar-meeting

By council on coordination the activity of mediators in the Republic of Tatarstan, formed in accordance with the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 14.02.2013 № 214-p, which is chaired by the Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan L.Yu.Gluhova, was made a decision on holding an interregional seminar-meeting "Development the procedure of mediation in the Russian Federation."

The event took place on 16th of November, 2015 at 14 o'clock in the conference hall of the private educational institution of higher professional education "Institute of economics, management and law (Kazan) IEML."

At the event took part representatives of the Arbitration court of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Tatarstan, educational institutions of higher education, Kazan mediators, Moscow mediators, St. Petersburg, the Crimea (in video mode).

As part of the seminar-meeting discussed the development of mediation in the Russian Federation, the practice of mediation procedures, experience in implementing restorative mediation.

The participants of the seminar-meeting shared their actual experiences in this area, and discussed the problems arising in the implementation of the mediation procedure, and also made proposals to promote the institution of mediation.
