The meeting of roundtable

On 18th of November, 2015 first deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I.Zagidullin took part in a round table devoted to the All-Russian Day of legal assistance to children, speaking on topical issues.

The event was held at the Office of the Ministry of justice of the Russian Federation on the Republic of Tatarstan under the leadership of head of V.N.Demidova.

During the round table were discussed topical problems related to the provision of legal assistance to orphans; children without parental care; children with disabilities, and also their legal representatives and representatives.

At the work of roundtable took part the Commissioner for children's rights in the Republic of Tatarstan G.L.Udachina, head of the Civil Registry Office Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan A.R.Shavaleeva, deputy head of the Federal Bailiff service of the Republic of Tatarstan G.A.Abdrahmanova, director of Kazan institute (branch) of Russian state university of justice (RLA of Minjust of Russia) I.B.Petrunina, representatives of Prosecutor of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Constitutional court of the Republic of Tatarstan, other executive bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan, the state social institutions.

Participants noted the importance and necessity of legal education of children and to guarantee their legal protection and propose new legal approaches for improving the regulatory framework of the rights of children, and also a number of fundamental organizational decisions.
