The results of the meeting of attestation commission

On 19th of November, 2015 at the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was held the meeting of attestation commission of magistrates’ offices of the Republic of Tatarstan for the holding the attestation of 8 civil servants of magistrates ‘ offices of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Attestation of civil servants aimed at identifying professional capacity, readiness and ability levels of the state civil servant to perform functional duties.

According to the results of certification of Certification Commission was made a decision that the 7 civil servants meet the substitutable positions and 1 civil servant corresponds to the displaced post of civil service subject if he get successful reception of additional professional training.

At the meeting of certification commission, took part deputy chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan on administrative affairs R.F.Gafarov and independent experts: a veteran of the civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan V.P.Ganchurin, chairman of the Public Council under the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, professor of constitutional and administrative right Kazan (Volga) federal university A.G.Gataullin, associate professor of law, institute of economics, management and social technologies at Kazan national research technological university named Tupolev - KAI V.A.Gurevich, a member of the council of Tatarstan regional branch of the Russian public organization "Association of lawyers Russia "M.H.Vafin.
