The seminar-meeting for magistrates of Zakamsky area

On 20th of November 2015, deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan N.V.Ragozina took part in the seminar-meeting for magistrates of Zakamsky area of the republic.

The meeting was held in the administration  of Mamadyshsky municipal region of Tatarstan, under the leadership of the deputy President of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan R.F.Gafarov, involving judges of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan I.M.Mavlyavetdinov, E.R.Nizamov and chairmen of district (city) courts of Zakamye.

At the meeting discussed questions arising in criminal cases and cases of administrative offenses. I.M.Mavlyavetdinov, E.R.Nizamov in their speeches highlighted the wide range of questions when considering this category of cases.

N.V.Ragozina in his speech stressed the need to better use in the areas of judicial magistrates single interagency electronic document management system of state authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan, including in the direction of the requests to the executive bodies of state power. Raised questions of consideration of cases on administrative violations in the mode of video conferencing, and also the establishment of office according to the new Instruction on case management and organization of the work of archive sites on the magistrates’ courts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
