Departure to Menzekinsky municipal region

On 24th of November, 2015 according to the approved schedule, the chief of department of legal consulting and methodological support to local authorities M.A.Pashkova left for Menzelinsky municipal region to provide legal assistance to local governments and citizens' reception.

During the departure was held working meeting with senior officials of local governments of Menzelinsky municipal region, the heads of executive committees and secretaries of rural communities that make up the district.

At the meeting M.A.Pashkova told about the latest legal developments in the field of local government, together with the staff of local authorities addressed the issues of municipal rulemaking and implementation of anti-corruption expertise of municipal acts and their projects and direction of municipal acts to the Ministry for inclusion in the municipal register.

Also there were discussed the administrative practices and the exercise of the powers of the district commission on juvenile affairs. To all questions of municipal employees were given qualified explanations.

At the end of the meeting by M.A.Pashkova was held reception of citizens, which gives advice on housing issues, including resettlement of citizens from emergency housing, for providing benefits to large families, improving the living conditions of persons with disabilities.
