Legal aid to local authorities

On 24th and 25th of November, 2015, by officers of the legal advisory and methodological support to local authorities of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was done departure to Elabuzhsky and Zelenodolsky municipal regions of the Republic in order to provide legal assistance to local governments on the implementation of the Republican targeted program of resettlement of citizens from emergency housing .

There have been studied of the stipulated legal procedures preceding the withdrawal of emergency living quarters of the owners; analyzed documents relating to the presentation of citizens demands for the demolition or reconstruction of emergency accommodation, draft resolutions of the Executive committees of municipal districts to withdraw emergency dwellings.

During the departure employees of the department responded to the problem questions arising in the process of local government in the resettlement of citizens from emergency housing, and gave practical guidelines on legal questions related to the implementation of the program in the regions.
