XI All-Russian scientific-practical conference "Derzhavinsky readings"

On 25th of November, 2015 in Kazan started XI All-Russian scientific-practical conference "Derzhavinsky readings" in the plenary session where took part the Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan L.Yu.Gluhova.

In the framework of the round table "Development of institutions of local government in the Russian Federation at the present stage: the legislative regulation and practice" L.Yu.Gluhova made a report "On the interaction of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan with local governments on legal matters."

In her speech L.Yu.Gluhova stopped in certain areas of the Ministry of interaction with local authorities:

ensuring local governments exemplary regulatory acts;

organization of training for officials of local self-government;

advisory and methodological assistance to local authorities,

control over the execution state authority;

legal assistance to municipalities in protecting their property interests in court.

The minister also highlighted the problems encountered in co-operation with local authorities and their solutions.

Within the framework of the scientific-practical conference "Derzhavinsky readings" scheduled "round tables" on current topics with the participation of first deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I.Zagidullina and employees of the ministry.
