Roundtable of the questions of free legal assistance

On 30th of November, 2015 by the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan held a round table on the subject: "The state system of free legal aid to the Republic of Tatarstan: the way of further development."

At the work of roundtable took part the minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan L.Yu.Gluhova, Commissioner for human rights in the Republic of Tatarstan S.H.Saburskaya, deputy head of the Department of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan A.I.Galyautdinov, head of the state law and regulatory economics Legal department of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan I.V.Gaysina, first deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I.Zagidullin, head of the sector for legal aid of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan N.N.Farhullina, head of information-analytical department of the Office of the Commissioner for human rights in the Republic of Tatarstan R.R.Muhamethanova, vice president of the Bar Association of the Republic of Tatarstan A.Yu.Safronova, chairman of the Tatarstan regional branch of the Russian public organization "Association of lawyers of Russia" I.I.Girfanov.

The roundtable participants discussed the issues of further development of the state legal aid system in the Republic of Tatarstan, the problems arising in the provision of free legal aid, and also the organization and scheduling of joint activities to provide free legal aid.

According to the results of the round table were proposals on improving the performance of the state system of legal aid, including the application of modern information technologies.
