Legal assistance to local authorities

1st and 2nd of December 2015, officers of the legal advisory and methodological support to local authorities of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan done the departure to Chistopolsky and Leninogorsky municipal regions of the republic with the aim of providing legal assistance to local governments on the implementation of the Republican targeted program of resettlement of citizens from emergency housing .

A study of the stipulated legal procedures, preceding the withdrawal of emergency living quarters of the owners; analyzed documents relating to the presentation of citizens demands for the demolition or reconstruction of emergency accommodation, the draft decisions of the executive committees of municipal districts to withdraw emergency dwellings.

During the departure employees of the department responded to the problems, arising in the process of local government in the resettlement of citizens from emergency housing, and gave practical guidelines on legal questions related to the implementation of the program in the regions.
