Meeting with colleagues from Bashkortostan

On 1st and 2nd of December 2015 with a working visit the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was visited by representatives of the State committee for justice of the Republic of Bashkortostan in order to exchange experiences on the organization of the administrative commissions of municipal and urban districts and the identification of administrative violations in the field of improvement of human settlements in the territory.

The forms of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan of control over the implementation of local government referred to them of certain state powers to the activities of the administrative commissions and officials authorized to draw up protocols on administrative violations, including through outreach, quarterly videoconferences involving bailiffs representatives from Bashkortostan recognized relevant.

Colleagues from Bashkortostan studied conducting administrative proceedings, including a simplified procedure according to the provisions of the Code of Russian Federation on administrative offences by the example of work of the administrative committee of the city of Kazan.
