Documents are accepted from 8th to 28th of December 2015 by the secretary of the competition committee at Kazan, Tatarstan street, 55, office 210, tel.223-07-87. Monday - Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00, Friday from 9.00 to 16.45, lunch from 13.00 to 13.45.
