Providing free legal assistance to people with disabilities

On 7th of December, 2015 in the House of peoples' friendship took measures aimed at providing free legal aid to people with disabilities, organized by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in the framework of the International day of disabled people.

At the event took part representatives of the Department of the Pension Fund of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of Federal tax service of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Service for state registration, cadastre and cartography of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Federal state institution "The head office of medical and social examination of the Republic of Tatarstan," the Ministry of labour and social protection of the Russian Federation, the State labour inspectorate in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of health of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of labor, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services Republic of Tatarstan, the State housing inspection of the Republic of Tatarstan, ICD "Committee of land and property relations IC IR Kazan", and also lawyers and notaries.

For advice addressed 137 citizens. Questions of concern to disabled people of I, II and III groups, children with disabilities, and also their legal representatives and representatives, most of them concerned housing and inheritance law, and also changes in land, tax and pension legislation.
