Attestation on corresponding replaced position

On 9th and 10th of December 2015 in the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan held meetings of evaluation committees of the ministry and the office of magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Certification passed 14 civil servants of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan and 9 state civil servants of magistrates’ offices of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Certification is aimed at identifying the professional capacity, readiness and ability levels of the state civil servant to perform functional duties.

According to the results of certification by certification commission of the ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was made a desicion that 14 civil servants correspond to displaced positions.

According to the results of certification by certification commission of magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan was made a decision that 6 civil servants correspond to displaced post, 2 state servants correspond to displaced post if take additional professional education, 1 civil servant does not correspond to the substitutable positions.

As independent experts at committee meetings took part a veteran of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan V.P.Ganchurin and Chairman of the Public Council under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, professor of constitutional and administrative law at Kazan (Volga) federal university A.G.Gataullin, a member of the Staff Tatarstan regional branch of the Russian public organization "Association of lawyers of Russia" M.H.Vafin.
