14th of December 2015 – Russian day of reception of citizens

On 14th of December, 2015 from 12.00 to 20.00 hours according to the order of the President of the Russian Federation in bodies of state power and local self-government is conducted nationwide day of reception of citizens.

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan reception will be held at the address: Kazan, Tatarstan street, 55.

In the competence of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan includes the following issues:

• Legal examination of draft federal laws on questions under joint jurisdiction of the Russian Federation and the subjects of the Russian Federation, the draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan, the draft decree of the Republic of Tatarstan, the draft resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as the laws of the Republic of Tatarstan, received to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan;

• Implementation of anti-corruption expertise of normative legal acts and draft laws and regulations;

• Creating and managing the single bank regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan;

• implementation of state registration of normative legal acts of the executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan, affecting the rights, freedoms and duties of man and citizen, establishing the legal status of organizations that have an inter-ministerial in nature, regardless of the length of their actions, including acts containing information constituting a state secret or confidential information;

• consideration of petitions bodies (organizations) authorized according to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan on 10th of October, 2011 №74-PFA "On state awards of the Republic of Tatarstan" of conferring the honorary title of the Republic of Tatarstan "Honored lawyer of the Republic of Tatarstan" and preparing them appropriate conclusions ;

• interaction with local authorities to provide legal support for their activities;

• organization and conduct of the municipal register of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan;

• monitoring the performance of local government bodies of state powers in the cases established by law;

• maintenance of the Register of the administrative-territorial units of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Register of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, and also the provision of information from them;

• issuing permits entities to use in their names the names "The Republic of Tatarstan", "Tatarstan" and formed on their basis of words and phrases (including abbreviations);

• Implementation of institutional, including logistical and financial, to ensure the activities of magistrates;

• Participation in the legal education of citizens and legal education of students;

• providing citizens with free legal aid and the decision to grant emergency free legal assistance to citizens who find themselves in difficult situations.

Admission is carried out without an appointment.
