Internship of finalists of the Republic project "Personnel reserve"

On 14th of December, 2015 held a meeting of the minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan L.Yu.Gluhova with a finalist for the Republic project "Personnel reserve", 3rd year student of K (P) FU Karetina Alla, one of the winners of the Republican contest "Up!". The Republican contest "Up!" is aimed at the formation of youth personnel reserve for the state and local authorities, organizations and businesses, youth organizations and institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Also at the meeting took part first deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I.Zagidullin, head of personnel, and civil service and personnel T.Yu.Latyeva, executive director of the project "Personnel reserve" A.Yu.Petuhov.

At the meeting discussed the organization and the internship A.Karetina at the ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan. Internship at the Ministry is an independent view of vocational education and focused on in-depth introduction to the work of the finalist of the executive body of the Republic of Tatarstan, the formation of professional and organizational skills based on knowledge obtained during the theoretical training, and also to perform individual tasks and assignments.

Of the seven topics suggested by the choice of the minister L.Yu.Gluhov, student chose one over which she will run for the internship. In March 2016 at the final meeting with the minister Alla must submit developed taking into account the resources available to the ministry project.
