Seminar-meeting for the staff of magistrates’ offices

On 16th of December, 2015 under the leadership of deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan N.V.Ragozina held seminar-meeting in the mode of viseoconference for staff of the magistrates’ offices of Republic of Tatarstan.

At the seminar took part head of the department of ensurance the activities of magistrates A.V.Vorobev, head of the organizational and legal support of the magistrates R.R.Nabiullin, head of legal informatization and computer systems A.G.Safin and consultant of the department of legal informatization of Office Judicial department of the Republic of Tatarstan L.P.Ruban.

Opening the seminar-meeting, N.V.Ragozina pointed to the responsibility and importance of the work of employees of magistrates.

A representative of the Office of Judicial department of the Republic of Tatarstan L.P.Ruban spoke about typical mistakes made in the preparation of the staff of the magistrates quarterly, semi-annual and annual statistical reports.

A.V.Vorobev drew attention to the observance of fire safety in the areas of litigation, saving money and the rules of writing off property.

R.R.Nabiullin paid attention to the organization of the judicial proceedings in the judicial areas, measures taken by employees, leading to a decrease in the number of complaints and appeals related to the improper performance of their duties, culture and ethics in dealing with the citizens and documentation, appearance, administrative staff of magistrates, the timely placement of information about the activities of judicial magistrates plots on the site.

A.G.Safin told how to connect the world of judges and their staffs to the interdepartmental electronic document management system, the need for timely communication to the Ministry about problems with computer hardware, software products, "PC Magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan".

At the conclusion of the seminar N.V.Ragozina awarded distinguished employees of the magistrates Letters of thanks of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.
