On the final board of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan

On 20th of January, 2016 took place the final board meeting of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the results of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2015 and tasks for 2016". At the work of the board took part Prime-minister of the Republic of Tatarstan I.Sh.Khalikov

In the report of the Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan by L.Yu.Gluhova were reflected the results of the work of the ministry in 2015 in directions and set priorities for 2016.

With the supplementary report in the Tatar language on the topic: "Control of separate state powers transferred Republic of Tatarstan" made speech the deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatov.

Also on relevant topics were: deputy chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan R.F.Gafarov, head of the Legal department of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan A.A.Oschepkov, chairman of the Tatarstan regional branch of the Russian public organization "Association of lawyers of Russia" I.I.Girfanov.

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan I.Sh.Khalikov in his final speech at the board commended the work of the Ministry in 2015, noted that in the republic built a well-organized system of work authorities in the field of rule-making.

The Prime Minister has identified the key points of the ministry in 2016. Including instructed:

make proposals to expand the list of categories of citizens entitled to free legal aid, and the list of cases the provision of free legal aid;

to continue work on the implementation of activities under the program of organizational and logistics activities of magistrates, ensuring efficient use of the available financial resources;

coordinate the work of executive bodies for the adoption of acts stipulated by the laws of RT.

In conclusion, the Prime Minister thanked the staff of the Ministry to work in solving the problems and presented awards to:

Thanks of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan to deputy head of the department of legal informatization and computer systems of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Podtelkova Dilara Ildusovna;

 Letter of thanks from the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan to deputy head of the department of regulatory legal work in the field of local government and management of the municipal register of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Vladimir Ilgizarovich Shakirov;

The letter of thanks of the Republic of Tatarstan from the Cabinet of Ministers to first deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Zagidullin Rustem Ildusovich.

Also certificates of merit of the ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan were awarded: Latypov Nail Irekovich, business manager of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Paymuhinu Valentin Borisovich, head of the Tatarstan regional branch of "Association of lawyers of Russia."

Besides, letters of thanks of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan were awarded: Gizatullin Almaz Nailevich driver 5th category of magistrates’ offices on Privolzhsky court district of Kazan of the Republic of Tatartsan, Andreev Aleksey Leonidovich, the lawyer of the board of lawyers of the Republic of Tatarstan "Stolizha",Khusainov Aidar Ayratovich, deputy director for general affairs of the State budget organization "House of friendship of people of Tatarstan."
