The meeting of the Expert council

On 22nd of January, 2016 at the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting of the Expert council of the Interagency coordinating committee on legal affairs. The meeting was chaired by first deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I.Zagidullin.

At the meeting of the Expert council was reviewed seven draft laws. Of those approved by the following:

1. draft law of Tatarstan "On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On the investment of local governments in the Republic of Tatarstan, the authority for the state registration of civil status "(the developer - the Office of civil status Cabinet of Ministers of Republic of Tatarstan);

2. The draft federal law "On amendments to article 4 of the Federal law" On Civil Status Acts "(the developer - the Office of civil status Cabinet of Ministers of Republic of Tatarstan)

3. draft law of Republic of Tatarstan "On amendments to article 3.1 of the Code of the Republic of Tatarstan on administrative offenses" (the developer - the Office for the protection and use of wildlife Republic of Tatarstan);

4. The draft federal law "On amendments to article 333.33 of the Tax code of the Russian Federation and article 19 of the Federal law" On state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcohol products, and limit consumption (drinking) alcohol products "(the developer - State inspection of the Republic of Tatarstan to ensure state control over the production, traffic and the quality of the ethyl alcohol, alcoholic beverages and consumer protection).
