Legal assistance to local governments

On 25th of January, 2016 deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan by M.M.Ibyatov together with the officers of the legal consulting and methodological support to local authorities of the ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was done a departure to Zelenodolsky municipal region of the Republic with the purpose of providing legal assistance to local governments on the implementation of the Republican address program on resettlement of citizens from emergency housing.

Observance of provided legal procedures, preceding the withdrawal of emergency living quarters of the owners was studied; reviewed documents, confirming receipt of the notice of withdrawal owners of their emergency dwellings through ransom.

During the departure employees of the department responded to the problems arising in the process of work of local government in the resettlement of citizens from emergency housing, and gave practical guidelines on legal questions related with the implementation of the program in the regions.
