Expanded meeting of the expert council under the Commissioner for human rights in the Republic of Tatarstan

On 29th of January, 2016 first deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I.Zagidullin spoke at the enlarged meeting of the expert council under the Commissioner for human rights in the Republic of Tatarstan, which was held with the participation of first deputy prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan A.V.Pesoshin.

R.I.Zagidullin made a speech with a report "On implementation of the strategy on human rights in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014 - 2018 years", in which he informed that in August 2014 in the republic is realized approved by the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan human rights Strategy for 2014 - 2018.

The report announced the results of performance of individual measures of the Strategy in 2015.

For effective functioning and development of the system of free legal aid to citizens, meeting the needs of the population, the Strategy envisaged the attraction of lawyers to work for legal aid to the population in the multifunctional center of state and municipal services. At the end of 2015 the number of such centers increased to 31.

At the social security agencies realized the possibility of submission of applications at the official website uslugi.tatarstan.ru, and monthly informing recipients of certain services by means of SMS messages. Alert citizens exclude additional appeal to the social security authorities for information. As a result, the number of citizens on the suspension and termination payments in the last year decreased by 8,697 appeals.

For access to cultural values ​​actively developed portal "National electronic library of the Republic of Tatarstan" Through the portal available e-books, including rare and valuable collections of the National library of the Republic. Currently, the portal contains more than 4 thousand electronic publications.

The process of transfer of state and municipal services in electronic form is going on. In 2015, the share of the facts services in electronic form is 49% of the total number of provided services.

Beyond appointed directions, during the realization of the objectives of the Strategy carried out activities in the educational and cultural spheres, in the sphere of national policy, protection of public health, environment and others.

At the end of his speech R.I.Zagidullin noted that effective implementation of the Strategy is only possible with a joint, focused and well-coordinated work of public authorities and the public.
