Working meeting in Chistopolsky municipal region

On 10th of February, 2016, deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatov went to Chistopol municipal region.

The deputy minister held a working meeting with the Head of the Executive committee of the region V.V.Pescherov and senior officials of the department of housing policy of the Executive committee of the region on topical issues of implementation of Republican targeted program on resettlement of citizens from emergency housing.

During the meeting were discussed the most problematic issues for the removal of premises from the owners. M.M.Ibyatov stressed the importance of strict compliance with the law during the withdrawal, pointed to shortcomings during the procedure prior to the withdrawal of emergency accommodation, and gave methodical and practical recommendations on the organization of related work.
