Results of the meeting of the evaluation commission

On 10th of February, 2016 at the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting of the evaluation commission of magistrates’ offices of the Republic of Tatarstan for the certification of 14 state civil servants of magistrates’ offices of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Attestation of civil servants aimed at identifying professional capacity, readiness and ability levels of the state civil servant to perform functional duties. The main purpose of certification is to determine whether the employee corresponds to the displaced post.

According to the results of certification the evaluation commission decided that 8 civil servants correspond to the displaced post, 5 civil servants correspond to displaced post of civil service, subject to the successful reception of additional professional education, 1 civil servant does not correspond to the displaced post of state civil service.

As an independent expert at the commission meeting took part deputy chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan R.F.Gafarov, a veteran of the civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan V.P.Ganchurin and chairman of the Public council under the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, professor of constitutional and administrative law of Kazan ( Volga) federal university A.G.Gataullin, a member of the Office of the Tatarstan regional branch of All-Russian public organization "Association of lawyers of Russia" M.H.Vafin.
