Meeting of the board about legislation

On 18th of February, 2016 was held a meeting of the board of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan "On legislation of the executive bodies of state power of the Republic of Tatarstan" chaired by the minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan L.Yu.Gluhova.

With the main report "On legislation of the executive bodies of state power of the Republic of Tatarstan" made speech the first deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I.Zagidullin.

The speech reflected the results of legislation for 2015, the results of the legal and anti-corruption expertise of draft regulations, designated the existing problems in this direction, the basic tasks of the executive authorities in the field of standard-setting activities.

Head of legal expertise and legislation of the ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan N.Yu.Kazantseva in her speech highlighted some aspects of legislation of bodies of executive power of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Also at the board meeting made speeches:

deputy head of the Department of the Ministry of justice of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan M.V.Skirda;

chairman of State Council Committee on law and order of the Republic of Tatartsan Sh.Sh.Yagudin;

head of the Legal department of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan A.B.Grevtsov.

At the conclusion of the board meeting L.Yu.Gluhova the minister thanked those present for their joint work and presented Letters of Thanks of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.

At the end of the board meeting was held a seminar with managers and employees of the legal services of the executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan, during which the issues of anti-corruption expertise of draft regulations and legal and technical design of draft regulations were discussed.
