Providing free legal aid

On 25th of February, 2016 the staff of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan as part of a mobile information and advisory group, formed of specialists of public authorities, a lawyer and notary chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan, held a reception of the population to provide free legal assistance in the Russian-Aktashskoe and Yamashinsky village settlements of Almetyevsky municipal region.

During the reception, legal assistance provided to 53 residents of the two villages.

The largest number of citizens who have applied for legal aid, were interested in questions relating to the order of requests for appointment of pensions, the establishment of allowances for care, pension indexation, payment of child support, donation of land, the establishment of disability, allotment of land plots of agricultural purpose.

Villagers received from participating in the consultations specialists qualified explanations for all questions.
