The inspection of the execution of the activities of the state program

On 15th of March, 2016, by staff of the information and analytical work, coordination and planning of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was held a scheduled inspection of execution of the state program "The implementation of anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015 - 2020" in Tyulyachinsky municipal region of the republic.

During the check were studied questions of functioning of the commission on coordination of anti-corruption, commission to comply with the requirements for official conduct of municipal employees and resolve conflicts of interest, studied a municipal anti-corruption program for 2015 - 2020 years, the organization of anti-corruption expertise of draft regulations, the state of the municipal regulatory and legal framework in the field of combating corruption and also the course of the execution of other program activities.

According to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan on 04.04.2013 №225 "On approval of the Uniform requirements for placing and filling sections of the official websites of executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan in the information and telecommunications network “Internet” on combating corruption", special attention was paid to compliance with the section " Anti-corruption "of official site of a district to specified requirements.

Preliminary results of the audit were discussed with the head of the office of the Council of Tyulyachinsky municipal region I.V.Mubinov, assistant of the head of the municipal district on anti-corruption Ch.I.Shigabutdinova, head of legal department of the Executive committee of the district Yu.I.Emelyanov and also the person in charge on prevention corruption and other offenses G.I.Zakirova.
