Providing legal assistance to local self-government bodies

On 23rd of March, 2016 by the employee of the department of legal advisory and methodological support of local self-government bodies of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan A.N.Hanenya was done the departure to Aznakaevsky municipal region of the republic with the purpose of providing legal assistance to local governments on the implementation of Republican targeted program on resettlement of citizens from emergency housing fund.

There was studied the observance of provided by legislation procedures prior to the withdrawal of emergency living quarters of the owners; analyzed documents confirming the receipt of the owners of the notification of withdrawal of emergency residential premises owned by them emergency living quarters through buying-out.

During the departure A.N.Hanenya responded to the problematic questions that arise in the process of local government in the resettlement of citizens from emergency housing, and gave practical guidelines on legal issues, related to the implementation of the program in the regions.
