Seminar for employees of local governments

On 30th of March, 2016 the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan held a seminar in the mode of videoconference on the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan on 3rd of November, 2015 № 92-LRT "On allotment of local government of municipal areas of the Republic of Tatarstan state authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan to gather information from the settlements included in the municipal area, required for the conduction of the register of municipal normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan".

The seminar was organized for the staff of local authorities of municipal districts, responsible for the direction of municipal normative legal acts of local self-government in the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan for inclusion in the Register of municipal normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During the seminar, presentations were made by the deputy minister M.M.Ibyatov, head of legal and regulatory work in the area of  ​​local government and management of the municipal register R.U.Garipov.

At the seminar discussed the rights and responsibilities of local authorities and public authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan by the implementation of local government of state authority, the order of local authorities reporting on the implementation of these powers.
